Booking an Act

Select the kind of act you would like from the website

We are unable to guarantee availability of individual acts, as few of them work solely for us. We will always work to find you a suitable act for your venue/event.


Contact us either by calling us or filling out our booking enquiry form. For private bookings, please try to provide as much information in your enquiry as possible including possible timings, location of your event, likely number of guests and if possible your approximate budget for an act.

Availability and price check

We will then contact the act(s) to check they are available and get a confirmed price, where needed. Once we hear back from them we will contact you, so you can make your decision.

Terms of business

We ask that you ensure you have read our before we ask you to decide if you are going to go-ahead with the booking. We will send this through when you enquire.

Confirmation of booking

If you decide to go ahead and book the act, we will take some final details(contact details, address, timings etc). We will then send out a confirmation and terms of business for you to sign and return.

All booking terms and conditions take immediate effect once you have confirmed them either verbally, electronically or in writing. You are asked to return the contract within 7 days of the date of issue. Failure to sign and return it is NOT sufficient to cancel or invalidate the agreement.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

For private bookings, a non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of total amount due will be required. We will discuss this at the booking stage.

How do I pay the deposit?

The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. The invoice will detail payment methods and money paid will be deducted from the total fee agreed. A receipt will be issued for payment.

Is the deposit refundable?

In the event of a cancellation by the client/hirer, no deposits taken shall be refunded, as they are retained to cover business and administration costs. All deposits are held in a client account until after the performance and are split between us and the act.


For venues we also provide posters or photos for advertising. These will be sent out in good time for you to advertise your event.
